Excellent Eating!

Cath cooks fantastic, tasty food using a great variety of ingredients, cuisine and flavours. Cakes and desserts particularly outstanding. Having been lucky enough to eat Cath's cooking for many years- I can highly recommend her.

Pros: Variety of food styles , Home or locally grown ingredients , Excellent planning, organisation and presentation

Wonderful lady

Had the pleasure of meeting Cath and sampling some of her delicious foods when visiting Lampeter recently which luckily fell on market day.

Fully recommend if you are in Lampeter on market day you pay her a visit - great selection of vegan foods including sausage rolls, pasties and cakes

Yummy Vegan food

Often found in Local Food fyres , craft fayres and xmas fayres.
Has regular stall in Lampeter Market.
Delicious baked goods such as vegan pies , sausage rolls and cakes. Many gluten free.
Also runs cookery courses and can do catering for events.

Pros: Vegan , Gluten free, Cath has a lovely personality

Cons: Limited time at the market needs to be open longer
