Best Falafel - Edit
Casablanca has 2 locations... one in Midtown (this listing) and one in East Memphis. They both have the same menu. Unfortunately we didnt think to check the hours before going. The one in Midtown is closed on Monday, so we went to the one in East Memphis. We ordered the falafel and hummus, baba ghanoush, and grape leaves. Everything was absolutely delicious!! The waitress said the pita bread was vegan, but I'm now I'm wondering whether or not she knew for sure. The pita bread may contain dairy so you might want to ask for clarification. The Midtown location may be more knowledgeable about what is vegan or not. If I'm able to visit the Midtown location, I'll update this listing.

Awesome falafel - Edit
Really wonderful staff who were very accommodating, the falafel and hummus were superb and I was thrilled by the meal. Not to be a snob but I was not expecting such good falafel in Memphis (don’t tell my local falafel guy about this review).

Very accommodating - Edit
The hummus was delicious. Like another review was saying, the pita bread is not vegan but they will bring you out cucumbers to eat the hummus with. The vegetarian couscous is also vegan and very tasty. The waiter we had was very helpful and made sure to ask about what was vegan when he didn’t know.

Incredible! - Edit
Please come try this incredible place to which I would give five stars if Happy Cow would let me. The owner actually came out to verify what I could and could not eat. He returned with a gorgeous hummus and falafel platter without the pita, which has dairy. He substituted with a huge serving of crunchy fresh veggies. I also had the lovely Jerusalem salad with tahini dressing in place of the standard dairy one. The other locations of Casablanca are also awesome, but the atmosphere at this one is the best!
