I started the Vegan Plant Based way of eating on August 15 2021. I live in the south and have no support except for zoom meetings through Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine and Robby Barbara’s Mastering Diabetes book. I started a Meet up Group and have been trying to grow it. Hope to meet other people who are serious about making the world a better place by eating responsibly and healthy.
