I joined Erin for the market tour recently.

It was a wonderful introduction to fruits and veggies of Mexico and what to do with them #Veganuary

Pros: Erin was on time, kind and knowledgeable , Took her time explaining I didn’t feel rushed, Purchased and shared samples from vendors

Cons: Perfect and fun!, Maybe a little longer , 30 minutes?, Felt confident to go back alone

Excellent, innovative, all locally sourced freshness, passionate cook!

Very varied and innovative cuisine- excellent way to sample variations of cooking local foods from simple to exotic- all vegan. #Veganuary

Pros: All vegan, Fresh sourced, Also gives classes

Cons: More availability, Wish she had a cook blog or book
