Vegan soft serve

I enjoyed an Oatly brand strawberry soft serve at this Carvel location. It was pretty good but melted way too quickly. Maybe the freezer system isn't cold enough or maybe the place itself isn't air-conditioned well enough. Either way, the meltyness was disappointing. Though I do really appreciate that they are starting to carry the Oatly brand and even making oatly ice cream cakes now. I still have to find out if the cookie crunches in the cake are actually vegan but I'm really hoping so because I haven't had an ice cream cake in over 25 years.
