Amazing Food

The food was delicious and they have many vegan options on the menu.
We ate the Chimichanga and the quesadillas. It was really, really good and you get a really full plate.

Pros: The food, Many vegan options , The nice waiter/ waitresses

Great Vegan Options

Almost everything can be made vegetarian and vegan. Offer a house made tvp protein option that was delicious (not Gardein as mentioned in other reviews). They offer Daiya cheese and various vegan sauces. Prices are very affordable and venue is air-conditioned.

Fantastic.

Almost every menu item has a delicious vegan option. Had the chimichangas. Would rate 5/5 if it were a vegan only restaurant.

Pros: Almost every item has a vegan option on the menu, Delicious food, Cute decor

Cons: Not a vegan restaurant , Patio wasn’t open on a nice day, The rice could have had more going for it

Genuine, authentic and plant forward

Everything on the menu can be made in a vegan version, and they did so with real joy! There were more vegan tables on patio than non vegan. Owner is putting in real effort to share his original family mexican food recipes that are plant based. And Pina Colada is the original on their menu- made with coconut milk!!
Food was really delicious, filling and beautiful. Patio is very nice in the evening with fairy lights. Absolutely loved this place!

Pros: All menu available in vegan version , Vegan and killer Pina Coladas, Genuinely caring service

Cons: Didn't see vegan called out on the menu

Perfect

The fact that they recognize the desire and have all the options clearly on the menu is worth 5 stars itself. We ordered enchiladas and tacos with garden chick’n and no daiya, and they were perfect. Rice, beans, chips and guacamole were spot on. PLUS- the service was the BEST EVER. Even the chef came out to talk to us. They both thanked us for our patronage. Just a wonderful experience all around. Just tell them you’re vegan and they’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

Pros: Service! , Tons of options , Authentic flavor

Cons: Not a fully vegan restaurant

Amazing Vegan Mexican food

They can make almost every meal vegan at no extra cost. They will sub vegan meat and vegan cheese.

Cons: No vegan sour cream... yet

So accomodating

Delicious food and the staff are super helpful. Everything can be made vegan and they make their rice and beans vegan so that more people can eat them. Highly recommend and I'll be back.

Great food and atmosphere

They note on the menu any dish can be made vegan. They even have a vegan cheese instead of just omitting.
Friendly about vegan requests and excited to accommodate

Pros: Veganizeable, Atmosphere , Great authentic Mexican food

Simplicity is best

This has been one of the easiest, most comfortable places I have ever ordered vegan at that is not a completely vegan restaurant. All you have to do is ask for it vegan and boom that's it, done. AND it's no extra charge! On top of that the atmosphere is super comfy and light and the food is INCREDIBLE.

Pros: Super easy to make anything on the menu vegan

Cons: Isn't totally just vegan

VEGAN MEXICAN FOOD

Cantina Vallarta Salmon Arm is probably the best restaurant in Salmon Arm. Their food is amazing and made from scratch and almost all of theur menu items can be made vegan (either with Daiya and faux meats or with veggies.) Everything I have ever had there has been incredible. The owner and staff are knowledgeable about vegan cooking and the portion sizes are massive. Very cute decor as well.

Pros: Fresh, Made from scratch, Mucho vegan options
