Love this place! - Edit
If you’re ever in Salmon Arm I highly recommend stopping by Stillfood Bistro. This place is 100% vegan and everything they serve is incredible. I love the Eggs Benny. My husband really enjoyed his Smash Burger. Also the potato salad is delicious and so are the pizza buns! I’ve had their Chicken Caesar wrap before too, and I would recommend that also!

Fantastic!!!! Favourite vegan place ever! - Edit
So good!!! The mocha and s’more latte are both amazing. Even my non-vegan family like so many things they try. The gluten free brownie is amazing and addicting!
Read moreService is amazing. Leeya and Ash are the best. They make my day every time I see them.
Parking can be tricky downtown if it’s busy season but now I know some spots that makes it easier. If you can’t find parking right on Alexander st, there is a large public parking lot off Ross St and Hudson (with a short walking tunnel from the parking lot to Alexander right across from stillfood). Also most things are super close so parking a couple of blocks off and walking there is worth it. There are lots of cool shops to look at along the way.

Pros: Mocha, Cubed hashbrowns and breakfast Sammy, The people.. they make it the best!
Cons: No dislikes! It’s vegan and tastes so good so yay!

Amazing! - Edit
First time in, so I asked the staff and without hesitation, they recommended the dan dan. I can see why, amazing dish, just the right amount of heat and not short on flavor. I wish I lived in Salmon Arm, so I could go more often, but this is a must for my road trips now

So happy this place exists! - Edit
This place is so lovely. The staff are wonderful and the food is delicious. They have grab and go wraps, sandwiches and other goodies. They have a sit down menu too with brunch and lunch such as burgers and bowls.
Read moreI had the Eggs Benny. Before being vegan I didn’t necessarily eat Eggs Benny. But this was absolutely delicious!!
I had the Dan Dan (spicy peanut sauce over veggies and noodles - hot bowl). This was also amazing.
The grab and go croissant sandwich was good. It would be better grilled.
Pros: Eggs Benny, Very friendly staff , Grab and go selection
Cons: No complaints

Thoroughly disappointed - won’t be coming back - Edit
Considering all the reviews for this place I was excited to try it, but sadly I was very disappointed ☹️ not only with the food but the experience and the staff as well.
Read moreI ordered a caesar chicken wrap which came with a potato salad side and also a grabbed a hot coffee. Here’s why I’m giving the min 2 stars here:
First, I literally watched one of the staff members take the wrap from the fridge, bare handed (no gloves) and then proceed to use her bare hands to reach into the ingredient bins to add more things onto the wrap and then put it in the panini press. Big no from me here.
Second, the twelve year old kid who was manning the till although very kind and knowledgeable (no hate for him) charged me for a hot chocolate rather than a hot coffee and then when he proceeded to realize his mistake when I then realized too. He told one of the staff, literally in front of me and they just waved him off and said it was fine. Okay?
Third, the food was not good. The only flavour from the wrap was an extra garlic Caesar sauce, like so much it stuck in my noise. The rest of it was so bland and chewy, literally just needed salt and pepper, couldn’t finish it. The potato salad 🙈 the potatoes were undercooked and crunchy, also too garlicky (or maybe i just couldn’t shake the garlic from the wrap still) and again no salt. And the coffee was Tim Hortons standard.
Fourth, I felt so hyper-stimulated here I first asked to eat there but ended up taking to go. Loud music, the staff were joking around so loudly (no hate about chatting away but don’t be loud), also they had a piano there that someone was playing quite poorly. Had to leave asap.
Maybe this was just my bad experience but I won’t be trying this place again. I understand that not everything can be perfect but there were a lot of issues here that really pushed me to my limit. Now I’m going to go flush the garlic out of my nose.
Cons: Poor handling of food and subpar food, Issues with staff, Hyper-stimulated

The house-made egg, hollandaise, and carrot lox make for one delicious Benny! This is now THE place we will stop to eat when driving from Calgary to Vancouver.

Absolutely incredible food - Edit
I can not say enough good things about this restaurant. My partner had the taco salad and it was incredible, not your usual boring plain taco salad, it was full of flavor. I had the Philly and OMG. Let's just say that since I went vegan 8 years ago, I have been searching for a sandwich ti give me the same feeling I had when I used to eat the beef dip from Quiznos. I ate this sandwich and with every single bite I couldn't help but say omg, omg this is so good. The last item we had was the benny, and ughhh omg THE EGG ACTUALLY HAS A YOLK, this food is mindblowing. 10/10 would recommend this place.

My go-to place to eat!
Read moreEverything is so delicious (be prepared to have a few favourites!) I have ordered countless times, and everything has been out of this world. Portion sizes are filling and nourishing, this includes their bowls too! Everything is made to perfection. Brunch is available every day now and I can't recommend the eggs benny enough. The Philly cheesesteak, sushi bowl and tacos are my current favourites. Sausage rolls are great for a quick snack. Lattes are great. I recommend whenever they have a feature take advantage of ordering it!! (Picture of the Smash burger!!). Always amazed at the creations Tyson makes!
The girls behind the counter are always so friendly and take the time to chat with you. On a few occasions, I've been in and they've remembered customers' go-to orders and have it done and ready for them by the time they get to the till...Little things like that really make customers feel special.
Recently, I ordered a large take-out order and the girls were so great at packaging it up and putting the sauces on the side so I could have a few meals while I'm out of town! A taste of my favourite place at home.
I always look forward to popping in because you're greeted with a smile and get to enjoy great food. So grateful to have a place like this in town where everyone can enjoy it no matter their dietary preference. If I could order take-out from Kamloops I would! Can't recommend them enough.

Amazing Sunday Brunch ❤️ - Edit
Amazing little restaurant in downtown Salmon Arm. Fantastic food. We ordered a tofu eggs benny hash, a Mexican hash, and a Mediterranean farro bowl. Everything was delicious, but the eggs benny with carrot lox brunch meal was so good we ordered a second one to share after polishing off the rest of the meals.

I would consider moving here, just for the food. - Edit
Amazing service, decent prices, delicious food, lots of options.
Read moreI wanted one of everything because the dishes all sound amazing. Thankfully the brunch menu (as of July 14, 2022) is only offered Friday-Monday. (It helped narrow down the choices). The regular menu offers wraps, rice and noodle dishes. Tons of drinks, both hot and cold, caffeine and non-caffeinated.
We decided to try the falafel wrap, teriyaki tofu (minus the teriyaki sauce), wildberry crumble. Serving size was nice, tasted fresh and minimal waiting time.
You can dine inside where there’s AC, or enjoy on their small patio outside.
Pros: Friendly staff, Delicious
Cons: Wanted one of everything.

The food was all so good and we were surprised by how realistic the eggs Benny was while still being super tasty. It was a real runny yolk. To top it off the owner was super helpful with some good travel recommendations. Love this place.
