Good spot in central Baños - Edit
Cute, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. I had the Spaghetti aglio e olio. It could've used some salt but it was overall basic but tasty. The garlic bread was amazing. The portion size was pretty small. Had a coffee afterwards that was really good.

Fine breakfast - Edit
In General i dont like the bread from ecuador but this was oke. A bit dry (by roasting it) but taste was good. The breakfast was coffee, juice, bread with scrambled tofu and vegetables. Tasted good. And the only place i found what was open before 9.00 for vegan breakfast. It was 6 dollar.

Good breakfast option in Banos - Edit
Has a breakfast labeled as vegan with tofu scramble, peppers, onions, shredded carrots, and mushrooms. Comes with whole west bread that’s not very good (same kind that they make the sandwich with). Breakfast also comes with a fresh juice of your choice and either tea or coffee.
