Serves meat, vegan options available. Small Mexican chain offering vegan chorizo made of pea protein (made by Happy Little Plants). This can be served as a burrito, tacos, baha bowl, salad bowl, quesadilla, or nachos. Also has tortilla chips, various salsas, veggie toppings, fajita grilled veggies, black beans, rice, guacamole and 2 vegan vinaigrette dressings. Pinto beans are not suitable for vegans. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.

Really Good - Edit
I prefer Cabo over Chipotle. I don’t get much from either place as I can’t stand cilantro and it’s in a ton of ingredients. The beans are the main part of my meal and I find the Cabo beans to be much more flavorful than Chipotle. PINTO BEANS ARE NOT VEGAN AT CABO. I order a salad with romaine, plain white rice with no cilantro, and black beans. I add my own vegan sour cream, vegan cheese, and guac that doesn’t have cilantro. They also have vegan chorizo. The meal’s always really filling and delicious.
