I’ll always love Trader Joe’s - Edit
This is my favorite grocery store of all time! I’m so happy they’re getting so many new vegan options every time I come. Some of my favorites are the pesto sauce, nacho cheese sauce, vegan frozen pizza, orange chicken morsels, frozen Japanese fried rice, kettle corn, and the Mediterranean hummus.

Vegan banana bread - Edit
Lots of vegan options. I loooove their vegan banana bread. On the down side, it’s a very small store and aisles are narrow. It’s always packed no matter what time of day you go.

There is a lot packed into a small space here, but right across the street is a whole foods in case joes is missing something. It's the go to place for packaged goods and frozen foods. They have amazing pre made salads, and they always have new products. This place is always packed because it's awesome!

Good Cheap Veg*n Foods - Edit
Trader Joes is a national chain and this branch is the one I frequent most often. They recently moved into a larger store just north of Smithaven Mall, which has made shopping there much easier than it was in their old location.
Read moreIf you are not familiar with Trader Joes the most important thing to know is that they keep prices low by only stocking items that they can sell cheaply, and you will never be quite sure what they have in stock at any given time. They don't stock the wide range of items that American supermarkets usually do, but what they stock is both good value and good quality. They pay their staff well and provide good benefits.
They usually stock a good range of fruits, vegetables, whole grains & beans, and their olive oils are amazingly good value. This branch is very popular, and if you try to shop at a popular time (like weekend afternoons) you may be in for a long wait at the check out.
Pros: Treat staff well, good quality, good value
Cons: Never know what will be in stock
