Serves meat, vegan options available. The plain and salted bagels are both vegan, the others have egg wash. Buddha bahn mi and the laverna are marked as vegan bagel sandwiches thought the latter contains honey. Open Mon 7:30am-2:00pm, Wed-Sun 7:30am-2:00pm.

Super flavorful! - Edit
They have two vegan bagel sandwiches that are marked vegan. I got the banh mi on a plain bagel and it was packed with pickled vegetables. Plus the tahini sauce on the side is amazing.

Come to CB for the Mountains stay for the Bagels - Edit
The two vegan bagel sandwiches are awe inspiring. The weakest part is the bagel options. I appreciate how knowledgeable the staff is as far as which bagels are vegan but sometimes you want that face full of seeds that only an everything bagel can deliver. Unfortunately there's have egg wash. Any way to the sandwiches. As other users' photos show, the Laverna is a messy delicious creature. It's messy cause it's chocked full of tofu, sautéed greens, onions and mushrooms. What makes it so you unique is the complimentary one-two punch of sweetness from a jelly (boysenberry maybe?) and the savory pesto. Do not miss this! Don't miss the Buddha Bahn Mi either. Another monster packed with the goods one would expect of a Bahn Mi veganized. Pro-tip ask for extra of the sacred sauce. At the time of writing the only vegan bagels on offer were the plain and the pretzel.

I will name my first born Laverna - Edit
The Laverna sounded delicious and even so it exceeded my expectations. I'm full after eating it but I also wish I had another. I will dream of this sandwich. Anyway, you should try it.

Yummy sandwiches! - Edit
Love this spot! There are only two vegan sandwich choices here, our favourite was the Laverna (we had ours with a pretzel bagel filled with vegan pesto, grilled tofu, greens, and spicy jelly OMG). We also had the Buddha Banh Mi (marinated tofu, pickled onions, cucumbers, grated carrots and a “sacred sauce”). I love an everything bagel and we heard that it was made with an egg wash so it’s not completely vegan but hello?! everything spice makes everything nice 👌🏼 also, amazing service every time we come here.

Good for lunch, not breakfast - Edit
Stopped here for bagels, and while they had vegan bagels, there was not vegan cream cheese or anything else one would put in a bagel to make it a breakfast sandwich other than avocado. They have sauces and veges that can be put on it though, making it better for lunch than I would want for breakfast. The vegan lunch bagel sandwiches were more creative and good (the Laverne is delicious if you eat honey), but not what we planned to stop in for. No drinks other than coffees

Great grilled tofu sandwich - Edit
The Buddha Bahn Mi is a delicious savory vegan bagel sandwich: marinated grilled tofu, carrots, jalapenos. For vegan order on a plain or salted bagel.
