Friendly, but few vegan options - Edit
A friendly place, but slow service and not exactly the most vegan friendly.
Read moreI’m a little bit torn about this restaurant. Our server was sweet and the manager’s husband was delightful, but there weren’t very many vegan options. The staff also seemed unsure about what vegan actually means and the menu did little to clarify.
We asked our server if the spring rolls were vegan, she said they were. I asked another worker, who turned out to be the manager’s husband, and he said they’re not. He said that they also share a lot of kitchen space, including the deep fryer, so not many items are 100% vegan. I appreciated the honesty, but that really limited the vegan options. The menu made no mention of anything vegan and the staff members gave inconsistent information on vegan options.
I went with the yellow curry with tofu, which was one of the few “safe” vegan choices. It was decent, but nothing remarkable.
Service was slow. We had to wait about 20 minutes to get seated and it took close to another 45 minutes to get our food.
The staff members were all very polite. The manager’s husband (I wish we had gotten his name) struck up conversation with us and checked in multiple times. That was nice.
I’d rate this a 4 if I was not vegan, but 3 is the best I can give due to limited options and staff confusion about vegan dietary restrictions.
Pros: Very friendly, polite staff, atmosphere
Cons: Not many vegan options, staff unsure about vegan items, slow service

Chill Thai spot - Edit
We asked for the vegetarian version of two dishes (pad see ew and pad kee mao), and the vegan version of one (curry pho). The first two were also available vegan. All three were deemed very good, especially the curry pho. (Which is good because I really wanted soup and I think it's the only veganizable soup on their menu).
Read moreThe only thing I'd do differently next time is bringing containers because the soup portion was enormous for one person. (This is not a complaint, just to be clear).
Pros: Flavorful food, Friendly staff, Reasonable prices
Cons: Limited vegan options but all v good

Not the best Thai food in Utah - Edit
The staff is friendly, but this place gets busy, and the food wait times can be more than 40 min long.
Read moreThe yellow curry is the only vegan curry option. It's good, but it has more sauce than veggies and tofu. The pad thai was ok, and it didn't have much sauce, so I put it in my yellow curry after I ran out of rice.
Pros: One vegan curry option , Other dishes can be made vegan
Cons: Small space with not much seating , Small portions , Wait time was more than expected
