I ordered the vegan coco base, dark chocolate ice cream, strawberries and lotus sauce and it was really delicious. It was my first time having a bubble wrap, but definitely not the last time!

Nice Fluffy Waffles and Pistachio Sorbet - Edit
Located near Leicester square, Bubblewrap Waffle is a lively dessert spot with a constant flow of people around it. Since going vegan I haven’t had a bubble waffle so I was excited to visit Bubblewrap. The street is filled with lanterns which make for great photos. While Bubblewrap was quite busy they had many staff and were managing orders well with a ticket system in place to prevent crowding inside the venue.
Read moreThe menu here features one vegan combo or the option to build your own waffle. I went with the Vegan Special Combo which consisted of a chocolate bubble waffle, pistachio sorbet, raspberry, and chocolate.
The waffle came out quick and was still warm. You can see the staff making the waffles while ordering. The waffle was light and airy and not too sweet which helped balance out the sweet sorbet. The raspberries and chocolate complemented the the waffle well. At €6.99 for a decadent dessert the value is fair considering the location. You can order a waffle here and walk a few steps to enjoy one of the many street performers nearby.
One thing to note is that there is no seating available due to the busy location.

I got the ready vegan option on the menu but you can also customise it! Only the chocolate base is vegan but they have different vegan sauces and toppings that can be added! I think it's delicious as a treat but it's a bit expensive.

I loved it! Only thing to note is that only the chocolate bubble waffle is vegan. The staff made my bubble waffle to order and it was too hot, so ice cream melted out the bottom and was quite messy...but still delicious. The pistachio vegan gelato was delicious.
