Great lunch options - Edit

I got the “Big Salad” for lunch delivery and it was exactly that - a big salad, perfect for lunch, delicious and classic.

Pros: Everything’s vegan , Big menu , Fast delivery

I love that they are 100% plant based. The chik'n caesar salad was delicious, and so was the beer burger. Their big salad was ok. They have a good range of both healthy and "junk food" vegan items. I wasn't a fan of the chik'n sandwich. It was tasty but left me feeling bloated. I don't usually eat much processed food, so that could be why. However, I'd definitely keep ordering from them. Their mother restaurant, Pow Pow is my favorite vegan place in DC.

Horrible experience - Edit

I'm very disappointed with my experience with bubbies. I got a text that said my order would be ready at 7:25 and when I arrived at 7:35 they told me my order wouldn't be ready for 35 mins. I waited for it, and during that time the woman working there told me they ran out of onion rings so they would refund that. I asked her if that was it and she said only the onion rings. Once I finally got the order and went home I noticed it was missing 2 orders of fries, two sauces and bacon on a burger. Apparently, they also ran out of fries but decided not to notify me. If I had known I would've canceled my order. Busy or not this is completely unacceptable! Our whole experience was ruined, there are ZERO excuses! To top it off the people working were rude and the food was cold. I had such high hopes for this place and am saddened at how things were dealt with.

Cons: Bad customer service , Cold food and forgotten items, Rude waitresses

I want to try everything! - Edit

So delicious! I had the buffalo chick’n sandwich, and I can’t wait to try more. The make most of their own burger patties, cheeses, etc. themselves, and it’s all delicious!

We did online ordering, which went smoothly.

Very disappointing. If you are handicap then you can not get inside. Only stairs - Edit

No signage (inside the Hard Rock Cafe) You have to climb several stairs just to get to the restaurant and I wasn’t able to due to me being in a handicapped state. Wasn’t even able to get an order in

The veggie patties are made in house and you can tell!!! There's a quality taste, not just look... :)will be back for more!!!🎉😍

I could eat a burger from Bubbie’s everyday, which is a problem.😄Bleu Bubb is my fav. House made Bleu cheese on their house made patties really sets Bubbie’s apart from any other burger spot I’ve been too (non-veg included).
