Might be the worst bagel I’ve ever had - Edit
I came here because I thought they served stockeld cc (according to the stockeld website). I ordered a whole wheat everything with vegan garlic herb. I’m pretty sure it was tofutti, not stockeld. It wasn’t great but could have been worse. The bagel itself was terrible. Way too much salt and the dough was so sweet it might as well have been a donut. Disgusting.

Just ok - Edit
I had the Vegan Turkey bagel and gotta say I was not too impressed. The bagel itself was quite good but the fillings left me cold and the mock Turkey was not to my liking at all. Maybe it was just a poor choice and my own fault, though. They had multiple vegan options and maybe I shouldve tried one just with plain tofutti.

Yum! - Edit
I loved how many vegan options they had! They had plain Tofutti cream cheese and also garlic and herb and paprika vegan cream cheese. Lots of bagel flavors that are vegan including rainbow bagels and strawberry bagels. They also have fun drinks and non dairy milk.

Vegan Spread is good - Edit
We enjoyed our bagels. Tried the only two vegan spreads available, garlic & herb, and paprika. Both were delicious on our toasted bagels. They had two vegan cold cut sandwiches on the menu. Was a little skeptical about going based on reviews but it was great. We had walked to Liberty Bagel first but the line was out the door and inside was packed with people so we turned around and went to BTS. Nice place, I would recommend and return.

Delicious with plenty of vegan choices - Edit
Really delicious bagels with a range of vegan fillings. As well as the vegan turkey special and vegan Italian special, you can custom make your bagel with one of three vegan cream cheeses. Oat milk available for hot drinks too.

Grab a bagel before you board the bus - Edit
BTS is located on a gritty street right by the Port Authority bus station. Since you can’t expect to find much vegan food in the bus station itself, you might want to grab a bagel with non-dairy cream cheese at this place before you board. The bagels here are pretty good (though if you have a bit more time, the bagels at Liberty Bagels four blocks to the south are better). BTS has some functional places to sit inside and in front, though this place seemks more suited for takeout. They also have a couple of other vegan items sold here, though frankly nothing except for the bagel and vegan cream cheese looks that appetizing.
Read moreLike a bunch of other bagel places in NYC, this place offers “Stockeld” vegan cream cheese. This brand has a bit more bite than the rather bland tofu cream cheeses sold in some other places. I like Stockeld cream cheese, but it admittedly tastes slightly sour and find it has somewhat of an aftertaste.
Pros: Filling, near the bus station, NYC bagels always taste good
Cons: Not that healthy, not that different from most other NY bagel places

3 types of tofuttu - Edit
The reviews on here weren't great but it was so close to our hotel, so I gave it a shot. Not disappointed. The board outside was advertising a vegan special 😁 They have 3 different flavours of tofu cream cheese and it was delicious. I went for the special and it was delicious and fresh.

Bagel to Sandwich - 3.5 Stars - Edit
Decent everything bagel. They only offered plain vegan tofutti, but it was delicious. Shockingly, they also sold vegan products such as Reese's brand peanut butter cups and Hershey's brand candy bars. It was nice to have a Reese's peanut butter cup after 16 years!
