Serves meat, vegan options available. Casual restaurant at Mercantile on Main inside the historic Sibley Building. Seating is cafeteria-style. Serves mainly pho and Japanese mochi, of which several are labeled specifically vegan. Vegan pho is clearly labeled on the menu. Also offers Thai tea that is inherently made with oat milk as well as two inherently vegan smoothies. No cash. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-7:00pm, Sat 12:00pm-4:30pm. Closed Sat.

Fantastic the vegan pho is out of this world . - Edit
Their service is top notch , food is fresh and will make it as Spicy as you like it , just be aware if you are oil free that the stars/spice level is oil based . So if you are oil free just get with no stars .

This is located in a clean, roomy food court, so it is easy to eat here with a large group of omnis. I got a vegan pho with noodles and veggies from this place--it was very filling, healthy, and tasty.
