Cafe with coffee-based drinks, tea and hot/cold menu with clearly labeled vegetarian and vegan items, including a vegan club sandwich, white bean vegan tartine, salads, juices, a pepper sandwich that can be made vegan, and a dozen other vegetarian choices that could also be made vegan. Wi-Fi. Open Mon-Sun 7:00am-10:00pm.

Slow service, only one vegan option - Edit
Brioche has amazing pastries so if you are vegetarian by all means check it out but when we went for something vegan based on people reporting their having options we found that the veggie burger was the only thing on the menu - and honestly I was desperate enough to feed my hungry kids and the waitress spoke so little English or French that we didn’t check if the bun was vegan. Service took forever and they didn’t even have any non-dairy milk option for coffee.

Vegan burger, pancakes, sandwich - Edit
A number of different locations with clearly marked vegan options. Friendly and quick service, plus they do online orders. There’s a vegan pizza and club sandwich on their online menu that doesn’t show up on the in store menu, but I haven’t tried ordering them. Portions are decent, there’s free wifi and the bread is great!

Coffee shop/cafe/restaurant serving light fare like soups, salads, sandwiches and wraps with a half-dozen vegan items on the menu and other transformations at-the-ready.
