Having visited the branch in Waterford which was great, with lovely staff, had expected more of the same. They had no vegan savoury option as early as 10:30am the day I visited, the staff member just said ‘it’s poor’ and that she didn’t know they ever had the advertised vegan sandwiches. Nice decor, however there was large particles of food on the floor and between the surface and frame of the table we sat down at. The place was practically empty, it was early in the day. Coffee and tea was nice and inexpensive, but they need to do better.
