My favorite vegan breakfast sandwich 💕 - Edit
BRUNCH!!!!! This place is always packed BUT food and drinks come out fast- they have it dialed in.
Read moreI LOVE the Vegan Hustler. A big huge sandwich I can barely fit in my mouth with JustEgg, vegan sausage patty, and awesome cheeze. Love the vibe and morning 90s rap playlist today. Top pick.
Pros: Dedicated awesome plant based menu, 80s and 90s vibe but hipster , Counter ordering/Faster service than you’d imagine
Cons: Serves meat obv, Can be loud at times

Great breakfast after a late night - Edit
We'd been out to a concert the night before and this was the perfect morning-after breakfast. Kinda loud with the music for the time of the day but overall a nice and friendly vibe with some great vegan options

Incredible sandwiches - Edit
They have a full vegan menu with very unique sandwich options. A vegan deviled egg even?! I got the vegan hustler which had the most incredible flavors. The focaccia bread it was served on was so good. Great coffee too and a fun atmosphere. Would 100% recommend!

Top 3 Denver brunch spot - Edit
There always seems to be a line here but the food is worth the wait.
Read moreTheir menu isn’t huge but both the breakfast burrito and sandwich are remarkable. No healthy options but it’s a fun option once in a while.
I’d put it up there with City o City & Watercourse for best brunch in Denver, even with its limited menu.

THE BEST VEGAN BURRITO 🌯 - Edit
Seriously I’ve never had such an incredible delicious burrito as the one served at bodega! I’ve had their focaccia sandwhich along with their vegan basic and they are also winners! But the burrito it truly stellar ⭐️ (the hustler) it has the perfect combo of vegan ground beef to hashbrown/ cheese & vegan egg. Every bite feels like fireworks. If you like spice & burritos then you are in for a treat!

Would Give 5 Stars - Edit
Got breakfast to-go since we were running behind schedule. The brief moment I was inside to pick up my order, I was able to see the chill and cozy ambiance. They have an entire menu dedicated to vegans. I ordered the Vegan Hustler. This burrito was huge and was loaded on the inside. The vegan chorizo really popped with their house seasoning blend. The habanero crema had a kick, but wasn't overly spicy. If the tortilla wasn't house-made, I'd be fooled because that was delicious on its own. I will definitely be returning next time I'm in Denver.

Delicious Vegan Comfort Food - Edit
While this restaurant is not 100% vegan, most of the menu is marked Vegan Option for items and they actually offer vegan meat/cheese for the items to maintain the flavor… a legitimate vegan option. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Interior was modern and they have a nice outdoor space, if you don’t like the music inside (the “rules” clearly state not to ask to turn it down). We’ll definitely return to try more on the menu. If you are looking for a quiet, romantic meal or healthy vegan food then this is probably not the right choice.

Favorite Brunch Spot - Edit
I'm addicted! Favorite weekend brunch spot. I seriously crave this place and visit at least every other week. My partner and I usually split the vegan basic breakfast sandwich, the vegan hustler breakfast burrito, and the mixed bag of fries served with a creamy vegan dipping sauce. The "egg" is a delicious combination of Just Egg mixed with tofu. Cannot recommend this place enough. It's my guilty pleasure.

I appreciate that they have vegan options! Great to go with your non vegan friends. I would love to see more options that use plants in a creative way instead of the faux substitutes.

Rude staff, not good food, pricey - Edit
They have vegan options but for the price and quality there are much better places within 5-10 minutes. I will never return. We got the patty melt that was 6/10 and the funky habanero that was 3/10. Chicken had good texture and flavor but the sauce and slaw were very bad. For the price you don’t get any sides. We placed a pickup order and the staff were the rudest I have ever encountered for simply picking up an order. They were hostile and demeaning in the 15 second interaction. I made no special requests or even asked any questions. I simply asked to pickup my food as instructed in the text message.

Haters gon hate. The staff is always SO nice there. Ive only had wonderful experiences. Food is great. Drinks are great. It’s faster than most sit-down brunch places in Denver, despite how busy it gets. Prices are def reasonable. Never trust an angry reviewer.😄Bodega is awesome

The vegan options here are quite good even if most of them are aiming to replicate meat and will likely give you a food coma. Great place to come with non vegans.

Great brunch - Edit
Vegan option menu items are clearly marked. Vegan boujee was delicious and fries were pretty awesome. Husband was pleased with his meat sandwich. '90s nostalgia and early 2000s tunes, couldn't ask for more. 5/5

Breakfast-y - Edit
Today we split a vegan boujee and a vegan hustler. They do have an entirely separate “plant based” menu which was nice.
Read moreThey use Just Egg and Impossible for their meat which is good and fine, but I would have rated it higher had it been more… unique? I felt the menu items were all pretty similar. Regardless, they were both good.

This place is poppin. It’s always busy when I go but I understand because the sandwiches are great comfort food. Their brunch menu has a vegan option for almost every sandwich. Plus The Vegan sammie itself.

Very vegan friendly - Edit
Love this spot! They have gotten more vegan friendly since I first went. LOT’s of options, vegan Bloody Mary mix, vegan fry sauce, multiple vegan main dishes. The fries are SO good! So far I’ve had the breakfast burrito and breakfast sandwich and both were absurdly delicious. Highly recommend this place! The staff is wonderful too! #Veganuary
