Out of vegan options - Edit
We came here specifically for the vegan options but when we got here, they were out of all their vegan cheese. Extremely disappointing to say the least.

Unicorn margarita - Edit
It’s Got both vegan and non-vegan options. I got vegan enchiladas. They were very yummy! I got vegan apps too- puff pastry, and Brussels sprouts/ sweet potato. Say, “vegana “ and all was made vegan. I speak a little Spanish, and asked my server about no animal products, and she confirmed. Tasty and I’d definitely go again!

Nice try. - Edit
I should have ordered the sopes. Always a fan of well made sauces, and how a kitchen can really shine with a few simple ingredients. The Vegan enchiladas looked stunning but the sauce would have been more at home on a dessert. All sugar, no spice. Doesn't the word enchilada mean chiles? At least they had a couple options.

Best vegan mexican restaurant hands down - Edit
Finally a vegan mexican place!!! This is the only one in Denver to my knowledge. I found out about them because they did a whole vegan menu for Denver Restaurant Week. 3 plates (starter, main, dessert) for 35$. I spoke with the GM who said after the success of the vegan menu he will be adding some of those items to the regular menu. I got the monster nachos, potato flautas, and the però cookie cheesecake. Abaolutely delicious. Margaritas are good, nice ambience both indoor and outdoor. Lots of seating and the staff is very friendly.

Pros: Vegan options, Ambiance, Friensly staff
