Bougie but some good vegan stuff - Edit
This was a cool grocery store near our Airbnb. It's def a little bougie but they have some nice vegan options and an upstairs area where you can hang.

Better than expected - Edit
I was hesitant to come here because of the “local” focus, which is often used by people arguing that local beef is a better environmental option than shipping vegan foods internationally. (Of course this isn’t true because it ignores the fact that transport emissions are very small for most products and you’d have to ship peas 100 times around the world to reach the same emissions as local beef).
Read moreAll that to say, I was surprised they had a lot of vegan items. They also had a local vegan kimchi that I love. I still prefer Natural Grocers but this seems like a good spot for some vegan novelty item once in a while.

Leevers can be a great option for vegans if you know what to look for. They have the greatest selection of vegan cheeses out of any Denver market I have encountered.
