Nice interior with impressive desserts - Edit
I only tried a carrot cake and masala chai; both were rather good and well presented. Probably the right level of sweetness though a little sweet for my personal preferences. It was nice of them to offer me a complimentary piece of banana cake with chocolate pieces which I thought was excellent. They seem to have very few non-vegan options so could conceivably 'veganise' those😄

Great vegan cafe with a laid back style, excellent cakes and wonderful owners - Edit
Me and my partner's first dinner in Pai, we were just walking around to look at the menus of different vegan/vege places, this was the 2nds place we came to and the menu absolutely grabbed us!

Then I had the tempeh burger and my partner had the bbq pulled pork mushroom sandwich. Both were huge and very tasty, the chips and veganaise were delicious so I asked for and received an extra pot of veganaise!
The owners were very friendly and we chatted for an hour after we had finished eating. We didn't have room for dessert so we will be returning! They also gave us a vegan waffle that had fallen to pieces and they couldn't sell. The place is very cool and relaxed. A great first impression of Pai vegan food...
On our return for dessert we had a chocolate cake and Apple crumble cake which were both AMAZING!
The next return we had banoffee cake and lemon cake which were again amazing!

I tried going on March 2nd but there was a sign saying they were on holiday and would re-open March 3rd. I went back March 3rd and while there were two local staff there the restaurant was still not open for business. I managed to go back again a couple of days later and finally have a meal there. I don't remember now what I ordered for the main (I guess that means it was nothing special), but for dessert I had the chocolate mousse and I was impressed :-)

The drinks are also crazy good!
100% recommended and will return if we have the time.
Was too full for a dessert but man they looked good!

I used to love coming here for months for a little even though there is plenty of other, cheaper good food around in Pai. But recently the prices got raised even higher and it's just unfair at this point. 170 Baht for a piece of chocolatemousse cake? For that price I could get 4 x Pad Thai next door.
Read moreIt may be a great option for high class traveling vegans. For a broke volunteer in Pai without income prices just got out of hand. Food tastes great though so if you have the money... Worth the try.

We love the tempe burger and the pesto pasta with tempe the most. The desserts are amazing. Try the bonafee pie! Nice people, atmosphere and music. Food is fresh made and highest quality. Beautiful smoothie bowls.

My partner and I, over a coarse of a few visits had the a) tempeh burger which comes with big potato wedges, b) the bbq pulled pork sandwich with side salad (yummiest vinigarette and super good produce), and c) the spring goddess roll which does come with salad and lots of veganaise (ask them to go light on the mayo if you’re not a huge fan but was still delicious). All mains were around 110-140 baht with options for add ons at 10-20baht extra which may seem steep for Thailand but the portions are HUGE (I’m a big eater and always felt the perfect kind of full - we saved cash by eating later and having blossom as our breakfast/lunch combined which adds up to be less than two street meals anyways!)

The girls that we met who were working there are such beautiful people and made us feel so very welcome.
The menu is quite small comparatively to other places but what they do, they do so well.
Real chill spot to escape the heat and eat good food.
PS. Best bread we have had in Thailand (random note but it’s the real deal! Haha)

I really enjoyed blossom, I went for the marinated tempeh burger, which came with wedges, garlic mayo and a nice big side salad. The dish was really filling and I actually enjoyed the sides just as much as the burger as it was all flavoured amazingly. They also had some vegan desserts, I went for the tiramisu which was perfect. Would highly recommend blossom if you go to Pai, also the cafe itself was really chilled! My only con would be that the menu didn't have enough choice! However, what they do they do really well!

Everything on the menu here is fantastic and served in generous portions. Very Clean presentations with every dish and you can tell everything is made with Love and care by just seeing each dish...and also by the great energy of the staff and owner who are always upbeat, high vibes and great energy. The kitchen area is very clean as well as the seating areas of the restaurant with a great open air natural feel. Each and every dish is made to order and very fresh. Their fantastic salads are by far the best in Pai and if you want a big healthy Raw salad this is the place to be. The Goddess Spring Salad and a whole coconut or 2 is my go to order. The Kundalini platter is awesome as well....the entire menu is awesome!

Just the best place ever - Edit
Blossom should be at the top of every listing for Pai. The food, the drinks, the cakes...everything just tastes better here. Nok is a seriously good baker and chef...actually, she's just a good everything. Her matcha latte and golden milk latte are divine. I spent a couple of days doing nothing in the cafe but chatting with her because she's SO NICE.

My boyfriend and I ordered two dishes. We ended up sharing one of the tempeh bowls which was tasty, heathy and filling, so we decided to take the pulled mushroom as a take away. That wasn't as good but possibly because it was cold by the time we ended up eating it.

I had the pesto pasta and the serving size was huge! And was tasty. I also had a banana and peanut butter shake and it was sooooooo good. This place is super cute definitely reccomend😄it's also only 1 minute walk from our Accomodation 😍

One of the best restaurants I’ve visited. So much love and care put into the food and the staff are super friendly. I know the owner but after spending time there I realized that the other staff put just as much dedication to quality as Nokk.
Read moreThe current manager tires all the fruit in the morning and makes adjustments to the bowls depending on what fruit will be best. For me that should be standard practice, but unfortunately not my experience. Just that fact shows their dedication to quality.
Definitely a good price for what I got.

This is my favorite place maybe in the world. It’s adorable the staff is lovely and the food is great. The smoothie bowls are delicious and cute and I don’t care if that makes me basic as hell. The baked goods are awesome too. I can’t say enough nice things about this place honestly. Tip them well they deserve it!

The menu is all so tempting. Not many menus could I happily eat everything but this place I easily could.
After much deliberation I went with the BBQ pulled “pork” sandwich, “elixir of love” maca chai tea, oatmeal & raisin cookie and the minty blues smoothie bowl.
I am blown away by what they did with the mushrooms to make it taste so much like actual pulled pork, it was delicious.
A lovely place to relax and chill out which is just what I did (I wanted to stay and eat as long as possible!)
Pros: Amazing mushrooms!, Fresh and healthy, All the smoothie and teas have interesting mixes

Everything we had (summer rolls, tempeh burger but with mushroom instead of tempeh and the pesto pasta) was really good, so fresh, big portions and really good value for the money. The ginger turmeric colada smoothie however was literally to die for if you enjoy fresh, zesty, strong, creamy smoothies. I’m for sure coming back, only wish we’d have gone here sooner during our stay in Pai! Such a gem of a place 💎
