You can ask for vegan cheese and vegan chorizo. It’s a shame that this isn’t on the main menu- fortunately I knew to ask because of Happy Cow

Customizable, fresh out the oven, delish! - Edit
Vegan dough and vegan cheese (the original dough is vegan). I’m surprised I’m the first to rate this place. I went when I came to visit Charlotte one time and I am really happy I found it! Pizza was delicious, it’s one of those make-your-own pizza places where you can choose the toppings. I loaded mine with veggies. Came fresh out the oven, it was really yummy. I was so hungry and I ate the whole thing! This was a few months ago and I still remember how good it was. Definitely going to go back soon.

Not Completely Vegan - Edit
Perhaps certain locations offer vegan options. However the university location had cauliflower crust and keto crust options both options clearly state they contain eggs and dairy. There were no other crust options.
