Good, but needs more options - Edit
The number of options fluctuates with no warning. Sometimes there'll be four, sometimes it's just one. The actual ice cream was great.

Delicious! - Edit
This place has 4 vegan options at a time and they seem to be pretty fun flavors. I've seen them offer Texas Sheet Cake, Sticky Buns, Coconut Cold Brew, Frosé, and a rich chocolate.
