Quick vegan Italian breakfast - Edit
If you come early, they serve vegan Italian-style croissants stuffed with marmalade. They offer soy and oat milk and they have gluten free options.

Sono queste 3 parole che hanno definito la mia esperienza in questo locale.

Staff davvero cordiale e amichevole
L'amaro offerto a fine pasto è una coccola per il palato!
Avessi potuto mettere 5 stelle avrei senza dubbio fatto così.
Appena ritorno a Siena ci tornerò sicuramente!

Great service but very basic food - Edit
So I have mixed feelings about this place. The staff are really friendly and speak great English. I instantly felt reassured they understood what vegan food is.
Read moreHowever, the food was very basic. I had a burger which was one of those mashed vegetable burgers in a bun which was way too small for the burger, and some salad leaves around the side.
My girlfriend had pasta which was again really basic - just tomato sauce on it.
We were with 2 non-vegan friends and I actually felt embarrassed about what was put in front of me as it does not paint a positive picture of veganism. A 10 year old child could have made a better vegan burger.
My experience is that Siena is not a vegan friendly city so this place is really missing a trick as some decent vegan options would no doubt prove very popular.
It’s so frustrating to come to a country who take so much pride in their cuisine and be given the most basic vegan options.
Pros: Friendly staff, Good English , Understand veganism
Cons: Very basic food

Good spot in Siena - Edit
Was a bit afraid when finding the place as it seemed more like a café than a restaurant, but they did have meals. Not a lot of options though, we only had available the gluten-free home-made pasta with tomato and oregano. Buuuut... the pasta was very good! They did apologize for not having other options available at the time and for the quality of the pasta (not firm enough to their taste, but it was good actually), and were very friendly through the lunch. I also had a vegan cappuccino (they have soy milk and they happily make you vegan versions of latte and other kinds of coffee & milk).
Read morePlus, the restaurant was filled with locals (which is not usual in the centre of Siena) and it was a good pause just outside the city walls (and with escalators to go back to the top)
Pros: good vegan option, vegan cappuccino & others, very friendly staff

Lot of locals go here to have there espresso. So if you are interesed in real italian ambience go here. English speaking Staff is very nice and caring. We had a vegan pasta and burger plate. Nothing special but okay for the price.

Great neighborhood spot for vegan specials - Edit
We enjoyed the outdoor patio and the friendly owner and staff who actively promote the vegan food and drink options. We had the soy cheese lasagna, and soy cappuccinos. It’s near the city center just outside the wall.
Read moreUPDATE: We visited a second time, and asked for vegan options. They had two vegan burgers (one with peas and quinoa, one with eggplant and tomato), two vegan soups (bean soup and minestrone), a salad, vegan croissants, and vegan ice cream bars. Soy milk for coffee drinks. The menu changes daily, but our experience has been a good one for vegan options on multiple occasions.
Pros: Vegan specials, Soy lattes and cappuccinos, Outdoor patio
