No labeled vegan options - Edit
I had to ask a waitress for vegan pasta options (because in the menu nothing was labeled as vegan) and she offered me pici (thick noodles). We also had some bruschetta as an appetizer. Both dishes were very tasty but a small serve.

No ready options on the menu, can make something - Edit
On the list it’s marked that vegan options would be marked with a W, but there was 0 options actually marked with the W on the menu. They were able to make the vegetarian pizza without cheese (there was tomato sauce, zucchini and eggplant on it), and it was good, but nothing special. Maybe they could have made something else vegan too, but the waitress did not speak English that well so I thought it might be safest to go with the pizza. Fortunately the staff mostly seemed to know what vegan means. Maybe they have more options during summer season? So would recommend this place if there’s no better options, but it’s nothing special for vegans.

Opções simples, porém gostosas - Edit
As opções veganas estão claramente indicadas no cardápio. O macarrão é simples com molho vermelho, porém muito gostoso.

Great pasta with a view - Edit
I ordered pasta with garlic and tomato sauce. It was delicious and I would say the best in Siena. Than I had beans as a side dish, it was okey ( but probably from can). They had mark W for vegan meals in their menu. There were 3 options for main meal and than some side dishes.

A good view of Sienna and the Duomo (especially at night).

Bien… - Edit

The staff is extremely kind, friendly and helpful when asking for the vegan options.
The restaurant has a great atmosphere with several beautiful paintings by a local artist.
So, if you are tired of the tourist restaurants, few minutes’ walk from the center will take you to this authentic Italian pearl.
Pros: Delicious food, Great service, Authentic

Mouthwatering dishes, clearly labelled vegan and vegetarian. Soy milk, white bean, lentil and chickpea soup, vegan pasta, amazing side dishes of sautéed spinach, peppers in olive oil and beans with sage and garlic. We sat in the sun, with our dog, and were full of vegan flavours!
