I loved my cheese pizza ( obviously vegan ) and I got a large size wich was good. The staff was friendly and the pizza came pretty quick after ordering, maybe 10-15 minutes.
Went here.wednesday 5 january, we didn’t like it at all. I had the spicey vegan pizza, it looked very good with rucola om top and swirls of sauce. It didn’t taste like a good pizza at all, it wasn’t savory at all, it was spicy but a bit sweet as well. I didn’t finish it. The interior was okay except for some big discobol at the ceiling turning around all the time , the constant flashes of lights were giving us headaches. For service, drinks were brought to the tables but food wasn’t. So the waiter told is to go het our pizza’s wich were om the counter three meters away instead of juist bringing them
There's only one vegan pizza but it's a VERY good one! It was topped with lots of Avocado and even some crushed pistachios. Size was good for one person.
At Black Box pizza I get to direct the pizza makers to make my pizza exactly how I like it. And boy is it fun! We were so pleasantly surprised by how delicious their vegan pizza was. Lots of great options and quite tasty. Vegan options / vegan menu available. There’s only one vegan pizza at Blackbox, but it’s a REALLY good one, and comes with vegan cheese. It’s fairly close to the city centre, near a lot of hotels. The prices are fairly steep - 2800 kr - but it works out about the same as most places in Reykjavik. The staff are really friendly, fast and efficient. I was eating within 10 minutes of entering, although it was quite quiet. The restaurant has a really cool vibe, great music, and very clean facilities and gender-neutral toilets. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for something substantial in the area. EDIT: There is an additional vegan option but I didn’t ask what it was.
