Food is very poor quality and not fresh - Edit
The Seitan itself with Caramelized onions was pretty good but salad was old few pieces of lettuce and tomato. Thrown on a plate. Fries were soggy. Skip unless you really need to sit:-)

Vegan menu available - Edit
Quite a few vegan options. I had one of the burgers - it was tasty but quite plain. However, the churros and chocolate dessert was utterly decadent. Waiters were very friendly.

Was surprised to read the reviews after having stumbled onto this place accidentally. Really enjoyed the seitan burger and fries, and went back for churros with oat milk hot chocolate later which were also delicious. Not too many options but quick, very central, and has a lovely outdoor dining area.

Has a burger (3 vegan options) - just OK- with greasy not great fries. Beer was good and so was the service. Sort of a local feel

There is only 4 vegan options, that 3 burgers you can see on the menu picture and french fries. Burgers were not good... They tasted weird and were clearly prepared without any interest. Some lettuce, pickle and the "burger" itself. This could be good, but it wasn't. It's not like you're going to throw up but I really don't recommend it. They say they have vegan pintxos also but we couldn't find any.

I've struggled to find vegan food in Bilbao especially one that's clearly labelled so was excited to try this restaurant since it has it own menu. The separate vegan menu is basically three different types of burgers and salads. I had a seitan and vegan cheese burger. You have to order fries separately which aren't marked on the menu at all. What came looked alright until I started eating it, it didn't look or taste like any seitan I'd had before and was complete mush that kept falling out into pieces on my plate. Staff were friendly but I didn't get the impression they had any idea about whet they were offering.
