Love this place. We come here on occasion because it’s such a treat. Today they had double blue berry French toast, tofu scramble, and habanero kolaches. Let’s just say we were decedent today... ;)

Amazing food, very creative and unique - Edit
Amazing food! So much flavor from things you wouldn't expect. Cool people run this place. Definitely check it out! The guys that run this truck have some serious culinary experience and will make your taste buds go wild. This isn't a place you'll go to where you think that the food is good but it tastes like the last place. They have made every menu item their own. I highly recommend their sweet potato arepas and mac n cheese, or their french toast if you make it out to brunch!

Even things that don't sound that good or interesting to you, will be amazing. Craig is very talented. They have a rotating menu so check social media to get an idea what is offered.

Kolache Withdrawls - Edit
I enjoyed coming to the brunch on my visit to Austin. I hadn't had a Kolache since I went vegan, so it was a no brainer to come here! They were good--I just wish there was a veggie sausage with the cheese and jalepeño. My sister got the French Toast and loved it except the cherry syrup. Great place!

Vegan gourmet food from a food truck. I've only had one item (so far) but it was so delicious and decadent. Meal with drink was $13... If this was at a fancy indoor location it would have easily been $25. One of the best meals I have ever had!
Read moreI had the rice cake with butternut pure, kale and oyster mushrooms. The rice cake was creamy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The puree was so silky smooth. The kale was crispy and super flavorful and the mushrooms were meat and melty. Seriously...why are you there yet? Go... enjoy. You won't regret it.
Pros: All vegan and lots of gluten free options. Pure Bl

Decadent - Edit
My sister and I split the butternut squash pizza and the sweet potato arepas. They were fantastic, I wish I had been hungrier because I really wanted to try the bbq sandwich and the cauliflower dish. I will definitely be coming back soon. We had leftovers of the pizza because it is relatively large (best to split with three people if that's all you order or four or more if you're sharing family style). The sourdough crust was one of the best vegan pizza crusts I've ever had. Also, the food isn't noticeably vegan (if that makes sense) so it's a great place to take non-vegans.

Gourmet food truck - Edit
The dishes are well-conceived and attractively presented. I'm impressed that they serve such gourmet offerings out of a food truck. But I guess if this were to fly anywhere, Austin would be the place to do it.
Read moreThe mac and cheese is so, so, so good. It's simultaneously cheesy, gooey, and crispy. We also had a tuscan white bean dish. I really liked the use of herbs and spices. The kolaches seemed to be reheated and left a little bit to be desired, especially given the steep price. But all in all it was a great meal, and I would highly recommend stopping by.
Pros: Mac and Cheese, Herbs, Presentation
Cons: Kolaches

Loved it! - Edit
We went to this place as a back-up when BBQ Revolution was closed and were really glad we did! Really good food - especially the pizza. The meat eaters loved it too. I highly recommend Bistro Vonish and will definitely return.
