Good food

*Search google for trucks location* it’s not at the given location on Happy Cow. The food was good and the staff is happy to help you pick out vegan options. Coconut fries (veganized) are really good. I recommend the avocado & tomato empanada (w/o cheese).

Pros: Fair amount of options that can be made vegan, Fair price

Cons: Location on Happy Cow is wrong! Check google!

Hours Open Discrepency

My husband and I just drove a ways out to eat here but the truck was not at the given location. After further research, we found one site stating it was only open Saturday & Sunday 2-10 and another saying it was open Friday-Sunday 2-10....Not sure what the days/hours actually are for this truck!

wonderful place

The staff was amazing. The food was excellent! They asked if we ate dairy so they could make it vegan if needed. We had the tacos, mofongo, and the stuffed avocado with Coconut fries.

Pros: vegetarian and vegan options, friendly staff

Cons: cash only

great food truck

This food truck located in the loop can create almost any of the items on the menu vegan. I was lucky enough to get a half avocado filled with veggies and a side of coconut rice. Great price and awesome if you're finishing up a bio tour and want a meal. Highly recommend.

Delicious and unpretentious

Went here after trying and failing to get a last minute bio bay tour. The food was worth the 40 minute drive. Empanadas were made fresh so it was easy to make them cheeseless to be vegan. I didn't realize some of the dishes we ordered came with cheese on top but they remembered and made all our food cheeseless. The tomato and avocado empanada was okay, a little plain, the veggie taco was very good, and the coconut fries were good. The highlight was the monfongo. Sweet and savory and so delicious. Be sure to tell them no cheese and no mojo sauce.
Limited lawn chairs to sit in but more than usual for a food truck. The chef and the two young men assisting were pleasant and seemed friendly. It was expensive for a food truck but portions were large.
