Fun little dive bar - Edit
This was a dive bar, where lots of Americans seem to hang out. They had the football game on. Several options with impossible meat, which were tasty.

Interesting take on impossible tacos - Edit
This bar restaurant has an amazing view! Worth going just for that! I didn’t want an impossible burger so I decided to order the impossible tacos. They came out with half the impossible burger patty in each taco shell instead of ground up like taco meat as I’m used to. It was surprisingly tasty thankfully

Impossible tacos were a good option. Not much in the way of tofu, veggies, or loaded up salads for vegans visiting Luquillo. The staff was really kind... tacos had good flavor. The impossible tacos and impossible burger are the only options for vegans at Boardriders.

That’s what you can get here with a side of fries, sweet potato fries or onion rings. Hits the spot for vegan bar food on the water. Nice service and atmosphere. Will be back.

Good Food and Atmosphere - Edit
Hear me out. I ordered the Ocean Spray wrap and got the Impossible meat in place of the chicken. I had them leave off the blue cheese, tomatoes (just because I’m not a fan) and balsamic vinaigrette and had them add the pineapple salsa and coconut vinaigrette from the Tropical Mahi Wrap. I know this sounds weird but it really was delicious. Staff was super friendly and the view was priceless…it is right on the beach. We are on the rooftop. Will come back!

We were looking forward to eating here because we are staying nearby and had read decent reviews, but we were pretty disappointed.
Read moreThe waiter didn’t write anything down when we ordered our meal and obviously forgot it by the time told the chef because we didn’t get what we ordered. And we had waited so long for our meal that we just ate what we got, which was frustrating!
It was nice to eat outside but the guy next to us was smoking like a chimney so that made it unpleasant.
On the positive side, the view was great and the rum punch is delicious!
There are plenty of other places nearby that are much better.
Pros: Nice view!, Great rum punch
Cons: Not many vegan options , Poor service , Smoking allowed on patio

We were very satisfied with the vegan options here! Especially considering how tough it can be to find vegan food in PR. Service was very good & servers were very helpful and accommodating.
