Really nice organic store! A lot of vegan options like vegan butter, vegan cheese, tempeh and much more! Also declared vegan baked goods.. you definitely have to try the brown rice balls, they are soooo good.

It has a good selection of vegan bread (clearly labeled) as well as cookies and plant based beverages. You can also find hummus, vegan cheese and fresh fruits.

Visited on September 26, 2023. Visiting Bio-Ral was an amazing experience! While finding vegan options at restaurants in Japan is not difficult, finding them at grocery and convenience stores can be challenging. Bio-Ral had a wide range of vegan options to choose from, and it felt like being a kid in a candy store 🤩 I bought several snacks to bring back home to Canada and was very happy that we stopped by 😋 There are multiple locations of Bio-Ral throughout Japan. We visited the one at Osaka Station ✨

Rare find in Japan! - Edit
After an endless amount of family marts and 7 eleven stores it was refreshing to find an organic health food store stocked with fresh and packaged items. There aren’t a lot of fresh fruit options in Osaka and they had plenty of choices. It was also great to discover some vegan cheese options.

couldn't believe it, felt like half of all the foods are vegan! so happy to finally have some options.

Finally !! Natural store in JR Osaka station!! - Edit
So glad to find this newly opened natural store !! If you are a vegan, you should definitely buy the V-aid vegan SOS bread! It’s non-additive, 25 allegen free, inexpensive (¥200) lasts up to a year, handy for snacks, and VEGAN!! Also they have vegan ramen, vegan cheese from famous Japan’s oldest organic goods importer (American and Taiwanese CEO) Alishan, veg sausages (uses egg) Vegan curry in a ready-to-serve pauch! Great selection !!
