Employees not informed about vegan items

Stopped for breakfast on a Saturday, brought my own vegan cream cheese. Asked if blueberry bagel was vegan and counter person said “I think so” before asking coworkers in kitchen if they were. Someone responded “I have no way of knowing but they probably are.” Since they’re made in house, staff should have that information to provide to customers. Didn’t taste like authentic bagel and was bland.

Cons: Staff not knowledgeable about vegan offerings , Dairy alternatives not available for coffee

Good breakfast spot

Ive had their veggie bagel sandwich with hummus, and a bagel with hummus replacing the cream cheese, real fresh bagels, great option for breakfast.
