great little place!

like most non-co-op health food stores, it is a little pricey here, but not too terrible. some things are well priced, like the bulk items, some things are kinda expensive, like the cooler stuff, some things are pretty spot on. they also have sales on certain stuff, so stock up on those when you can. their vitamin and tincture and bulk herb selection is awesome and pretty well priced. they have alot of things here that i cant get at the martin's next door, like sprouted bagels, large tubs of vegan yogurt, organic pet food, and various hard to find specialty things. in the spring they have an AMAZING plant sale with super hard to find herbs and cute heirloom varieties. the prepared foods in the cooler in the back arent the best, but the falafel wrap/burger etc will def do in a pinch if yr hungry and need a quick snack. the staff are super friendly and helpful and their book selection in the front is pretty amazing and i want all of them. :) i go here probably 3-5 times a month.

Pros: hard to find items, bulk spices/herbs, spring plant sale

Cons: a little pricey, no fresh produce
