Long time patrons but new to Whole Food Plant Based Diet

We have been going to Element for years now and have always had great food and great service. Recently, we have switched to plant based diets. It was not awkward to talk about it as the bartender that night, Brynn, picked up this based on our selection. So when we asked for a side of Spinach, she put the side order in for spinach sauteed in water, not oil or butter. That, along with the CLEAN fluffy rice they served was absolutely fantastic. The ChickPea Tacos were great as well! The restaurant accommodates Vegetarian/Vegan lifestyle meals. Looking forward to going back!
