Great Vegan Food Truck - Edit
I’ve always wanted to enjoy an all vegan food truck “experience” and this was it. The owner was very friendly and cooked all the food herself.

Pros: All Vegan , Beautiful area next to the bay, Outdoor seating and bathrooms
Cons: Parking can be tricky if it ‘s busy

Messy quesadillas - Edit
I felt ripped off with the quesadillas (~$15 including tip). Service was super slow even though I was the only customer. My friends got their order from another truck and finished it long before I could get mine. The cheese got stuck to everything else, including the wrapping paper, so it was very difficult to eat and made a complete mess of my hands and face. A good portion of the flaxseed tortilla was stuck to the paper, too. I left unsatisfied.

We're sorry to hear you had such a bad experience but if you would've given us noticed of your unsatisfactory experience and possibly granted us an opportunity to correct we surely would have. Unfortunately we are an extremely small family owned business, Hence why there is Only ONE person (Single mother) running the WHOLE food truck aside from my kids assist to take orders. Also, please keep in mind that comparing the cooking time of Vegan food truck to a Hotdog & or Taco food truck is a bit unfair due the fact that's its impossible to execute it in the same manner.
