Solid option - Edit
I have gone twice now. The first time they had everything. The second time they were out of vegan cheese. It’s a little disappointing to not have a complete dish. It’s tasty but I hope they pay more attention to keeping things in stock.

They have a section of 100% plant-based entrees, but they ran out of tofu and vegan cheese the day I went.
Read moreNot sure if they are really paying attention to their vegan menu.
However, my vegan VIVA MEXICO still tastes good.
