Great Thai in the Highlands - Edit
Authentic flavors on a fun walking street. The online menu is marked very well but the sit-down menu is not. I like spicy food and ordering medium here is a good choice - you can always add chili on top if needed. The Pad See Ew was a little different compared to the dark brown sauce I'm used to, but it was fantastic. The green curry was also great but I wish it had more eggplant. Overall everything was great and I can't wait to go back.

Menu is clearly marked on what is veg/veg adjustable. They’ll make the green curry without fish sauce if you ask which helped me keep my favorite pre vegan dish!

Ordered takeout and loved that the menu clearly shows what’s vegan and what can be made vegan. The entrees were great and so was the Tom Kha.

Great Thai food & drinks - Edit
The drunken noodles (made vegan, with tofu) were exactly what I was looking for. Great flavor, nice sized portion, and quick service even on a Saturday night. My wife got the Pad Cashew (made vegan, with tofu) and she loved it too. The mango Thai Rita was tasty and very strong if you want a little buzz with your dinner. 😋 definitely refer to the online menu for what can be made vegan!
