Cajun authentic

The food is good. Has a good kick but not too spicy. You don’t find good Cajun often so I would say try it out!

Pros: Vegan friendly , Friendly staff, Will come back

Cons: Pricey but homemade

Five Star!

The happy cow app doesn’t allow for five star ratings on none vegan or vegetarian restaurants (which I thinks a bit unfair) that being said I would 100% give this Bayou By You five stars. The vegan food was amazing and the dishes had a lot of flavor, spice, salt, and all. The owners were very kind and helpful and my family and I had a great meal and experience. They were able to recommend great dishes for me and my mother (vegan) and my dad and little sister (non-vegans).

Pros: Lots of flavor (my taste buds were no bored), Helpful owners , Not expensive to eat vegan

Cons: Uses plastic water bottles and silverware

Good to hear the Pros! RE: Cons - From their website: "Offering super casual counter service: stay & sit or take it to go! Served in biodegradable and compostable paper cups/bowls with compostable utensils made from corn. Also, sauce containers made from vegetables and sugar cane. No Styrofoam." Regading bottled water: Water is a precious resource in Arizona and expensive, plus the quality of tap water is at times questionable in Williams for drinking due to new sourcing system. Alternatives like water in aluminum cans requires bauxite mining in foreign countries and boxed water has yet to become affordable.

Fantastic

Can’t get vegan Cajun food in New Orleans, but this transplanted couple serves tofu Étouffée and a vegan Red Beans and Rice.
Just enough spice and sooo delicious!

Pros: Authentic Cajun
