Great cauliflower tacos - Edit
I’ve tried all the veg tacos and the cauliflower are my favorite. Really great salsas and hot sauce.

Some tasty vegan tacos - Edit
Downtown Boulder is surprisingly slim on vegan options in general, so it was a pleasant surprise to stumble upon Bartaco. Though most of the menu contains meat and dairy, the vegan options they do have, like a cauliflower rice bowl and fried avocado tacos, are very fresh and delicious. However, these options are not marked as vegan and some require modifications. We also tried their alcohol-free "nojito" and enjoyed the intense citrus kick. As a bonus, everything is very affordably priced, with tacos under $3 each and bowls under $10. A decent choice for vegans touring Pearl Street.

Incredible Dining Experience - Edit
At the end of Pearl’s famous strip is Bartaco, and I’m confident in saying these are top notch tacos because coincidentally I had Taco’s all 3 nights I stayed in Colorado, so I did have direct comparisons to work with!

As a vegan the menu is slightly hard to work with in that it doesn’t clearly label its options as vegan friendly, but through asking servers they’re able to break it down for you and give good recommendations as there are a few.
The Falafel & The Veggie are both outstanding, double check with your server because, again, its hard to decipher what us truly vegan or what has to be made vegan.
The sauces they serve on the table are delicious and compliment the tacos very well.
The ordering system is very unique, you don’t technically have a server, all tips are spread amongst the front of house staff equally and its more than likely multiple people will bring out your orders as they are put in throughout the night. Even though the tacos are cheap, the price can slowly creep up on you, and you’ll end up spending more than you realize.
After a good night out with friends I can confidently say this place is one of my favorites I’ve ever been to, apparently there’s one in K.O.P by me in PA so i will have to go!

They have a great atmosphere and a lot of options. The only bummer is that it’s not really labeled vegan, but I think they have allergens but that doesn’t cover everything. Overall good food, I just wish they would label their options
