Get the vegetable gyoza! - Edit
The vegetable sushi is fine, the vegetable gyoza is very good and vegan! Their tempura contains milk which really limits the vegan options from their veggie section.

Absolutely delicious! We felt so at home here wi th the vegan options & the helpfulness of the servers and manager than we visited twice on our trip. The first time, they accidentally plated a non vegan roll with my vegan rolls and remade all of mine for me without my even asking. You can’t really beat the level of service here. I dream about their vegan gyoza 😍
