A few vegan options

First off, I love the location of this restaurant! It's connected to Courtyard by Marriott and right off the beach. I ate at this Bar Louie location three times in 2022. At that time, I tried the Impossible tacos, and I omitted the queso, and I tried the Impossible burger and omitted the cheese. I also had their fries. Both the tacos and the burger were delicious. It looks like the Impossible tacos were removed from their menu and are no longer served, which is disappointing. In the future, I hope they improve their menu to cater to vegans by adding more vegan options.

Their website says the burgers are served on brioche buns - normally made with eggs and milk
