They have these super fluffy stuffed buns.
Read morebut idk if that’s vegetarian, because they have meat on the menu (check the picture). i think it’s meat / vegetarian options / vegan options.
but anyway: I went there because i was close by.
I used my vegan pass (multilanguage translation of veganosm), so that the guy knows that I am vegan. He understood definitely because he told me what is vegan (without egg / milk) and what’s still available from that.
for example „mushroom“ was out of stock. so there was red bean and taro left.
Both was very good.
And in the end he gave me a drink for free and said „it’s no milk - it’s soy“.
so the understanding for veganism is there.
