Thin and a lot of soup and not a lot of vegetables. And 83.000 - most I ever paid. This was so far the south of all the Vegan and Vegetarian restaurants in Vietnam

I have ordered steamed mushrooms and veggie soup. All are good seasoning. But portion of dish are quite little compared to other vegan restaurant. However, they are on Grab and fast delivery. So we can re-order again

One of the first vegan places we tried in Ho Chi Minh City. The menu looks great, good variety of mock meats etc, but the food itself leaves a lot to be desired. We ordered the pork and it was almost inedibly fatty and gloopy, all fat and no "meat". The other dishes we ordered were just ok, and the service was fairly cold and uninviting. it was fine in a pinch, but we left disappointed and decided not to return here.

The food here speaks for itself. The fried rice with fragrant leaves—YUM! The braised pepper pork had a fantastic flavour but we weren’t keen on the slimy texture of the 'pork' pieces. There is also a tofu version of that dish that we may have preferred. There are so many different options for rice, noodles, soups, sides of veggies, mock meats etc. it’s ideal to mix and match and try several things.
Read moreWe had a hard time choosing because the menu is massive and a bit overwhelming, but honestly you could just close your eyes and point at anything because it’s all so delicious. That being said, the menu is a rather entertaining read that you don’t want to miss, with dishes such as 'fairy dish soup', 'shaky rice', 'wife hand holding noodle', and a tea with a name I can't even write here without being censored. Dinner and entertainment!

A very weird / comedic experience - Edit
This place closes at 21:00. If you intend on visiting, make sure you visit no later than 19:30. I sat down in the restaurant at 20:15. I believe their other branches close at 22:00.
Read moreA man (who I assumed was in a senior role) came and stood next to me a minute after I sat down. After taking my time to peruse through the extensive menu, the man then tried flipping the menu a few pages back to the opening page and pointed at a few dishes. After asking why I couldn’t have something on a different page, he then tried to explain they only have a simplified menu because they were closing.
I chose the curry and rice just because it caught my eye on the only page I could order from 🤷🏻♂️ then, as if from a sketch show, the man sat down in front of me after delivering my food and watched/monitored me eat the entire time. I entertained a conversation for a little while which I semi-enjoyed but when I realised he wasn’t going to leave, I swiftly wolfed down my curry, paid and left.
Food wasn’t great, probably rushed. Tables were dirty. I’d like to hope that those who try this place earlier in the day would have a better experience.

Service was a little sporadic, as the staff would get on their phones and not look up for several minutes at a time. Other than that, the food was excellent. The vegan fish tasted disconcertingly realistic.

Nice atmosphere with piano music. Kind and helpful staff. My girlfriend said the udon noodles were the best on her life and the vegan pork in pepper sauce was absolutely wild. Must try!

I always order their Pad Thai and Chinese fried rice. My favorite in all of Saigon. Air conditioned restaurant, with friendly service. Staff speak English too.

The food you get for the price is amazing especially if you order delivery through Grab App. Restaurant has all vegan menu, Dont be fooled by the pictures like I was; I ordered about three items and was unable to finish 33% of the order due to the large portions. I like the food so much I use to visit or order from here 1-2 times per day.

To say Ba Xa has options is understatement you could come several times to work through the 24 page menu. Down a side street mainly packed with Vietnamese this is a must go to place for anyone. Not only can you try a variety of faux meats but also tofu and vegetable dishes galore. The food was fresh and delicious and should be on any Vegan’s list of places to eat.

I am loving the food in Ho Chi Minh City, and it is all very reasonably priced. This chic little restaurant has a very friendly, helpful and attentive waiting staff, and the food is delicious. I ordered the Udon and an ambarella drink ( I know this fruit as the June Plum)

This classy vegan restaurant situated close to the Thi Nghe Canal was a pleasant surprise. After one too many "back alley" food stalls serving luke-warm mock meats, this place stood out from the crowd with its inviting interiors, relaxing atmosphere and extensive vegan menu. They even have vegan cheese, vegan pizza and vegan ice cream! Consider me impressed.

We popped into this place on the advice of our guest house manager. The restaurant is very clean and mostly filled with locals. The food was deliciously fresh and piping hot!
