Three item vegan menu works for me - Edit
I appreciate that they have a specific vegan menu and it is not full of fake meats or tofu.
Read moreI had the vegan burrito and it was so good. I feel like I am often pushed to fajitas at Mexican restaurants but this was a great alternative.

Pros: Vegan menu, Vegan burrito , Table salsa (add it to the burrito)

Meh - Edit
I grew up around Azul and frankly I have just never liked the food. There are a lot more veg friendly options than there used to be, but I’m still unimpressed. I had to ask for the vegan menu at lunch time, and the menu only has three options, with one off menu item of vegan enchiladas (even though the online menu had more options).
Read moreI tried the vegan fajitas and they were pretty good. The green beans were delicious, but everything else was just fine. The coconut rice wasn’t my favorite. The flour tortillas were those ones that are processed and bad (imo). However, the veggies were fresh and the salsas were better than the average restaurant.
Overall, it’s a decent option, especially if you like veggie heavy dishes. However, for me, it’s just okay. Unless someone non veg wants to come here, I personally would skip it.

Good vegan options - Edit
Good cauliflower tacos, although it didn’t seem nearly like authentic mexican food. A lot of it wasn’t spiced/flavored much.

Solid but spendy options - Edit
We've tried all of their vegan options which include cauliflower tacos, a burrito, fajitas, chips and salsa, and a roasted corn and avocado dip. All options were solid, filling, and tasty. It's a really good option if you're with a mixed group of people, but the price is on the higher side-around $17 per entree.

Tasty fajitas! - Edit
Great food. The lunch menu doesn't show the vegan section but the dinner menu does. The vegan fajitas were really delicious, I just wish they came with beans. Loved the fresh chips and salsa too.

Yum - Edit
I love the Mill Creek Town Center, so many good restaurants in a concentrated area. This one was previously one I avoided, even though I love Mexican food, it used to seriously lack in vegetarian options. I recall coming years ago to a birthday dinner and really dreading that I would mostly be having a drink and some chips. Even trying to veganize something on the menu seemed impossible since the basics were not veg friendly. Fast forward many years and it now has a vegan/vegetarian menu section. I am so happy that this is now included and now I struggle to decide what to order.
Read moreThe chips and salsa are still delicious. This salsa stands out as exceptional, I recently learned you can order some to take home if you so desire, my dining partner was extra excited to learn that when you do this it comes with chips. On my most recent visit I had the veggie fajitas, while pricey it is a bit more tasty than the same dish at other places, the green beans it comes with are so mouth watering. The coconut rice is also an interesting touch. I'm also happy that the options do not include mushrooms which I find to be a downfall of many veg options.
This place gets busy. They are currently asking that dining be limited to 90 minutes do to covid. The hostess was not the friendliest. I also enjoy their sister restaurant Indigo, but have the feel of more upscale/nightlife dining.

Delicious vegan options - Edit
Vegan menu available. We had the hot wing cauliflower and the burrito - both very good! They are very accommodating and have other vegetarian options too. The burrito had their delicious spicy green beans in it - a pleasant surprise!

Standard Vegan Options - Edit
Frequented this place often before becoming vegan, and was pleasantly surprised to find a vegan section on their menu on a recent trip. Pretty standard options, nothing too extensive, but hits the spot if you’re looking for pan-latin cuisine. Mill creek town center restaurants are lacking in specified vegan options so it was nice to find a spot with guaranteed good food. So far I’ve tried the vegan fajitas and enchiladas. No complaints! Green beans and coconut rice are absolutely delicious.
