Serves meat, vegan options available. Greek/Mediterranean restaurant with an extensive menu, including a vegan gyro, falafel gyro with hummus (not tzatziki), and other vegetarian dishes which can be modified. Staff know the menu well and can adjust a dish to suit -- let them know if you're vegan. The gluten-free pita is vegan, the regular one is not. Not Many Options - Edit
From experience, I have learned that the staff is very friendly, and are usually willing to check labels for you! However, there are few options, and different people will tell you different things. Make sure to be careful about the pita bread if you’re vegan, I always order gluten free.

Cons: Few Options , Confusing on what’s vegan

Be careful! Falafel is not vegan, info from cook! - Edit
Cook at Edmonds location said they use eggs as a binder in the falafel! What?! Who does that?! Pretty sure they do the same at the Mill Creek location. If so, both places have been lying to people for years saying the falafel is vegan. They also lied about the pita being vegan before, then it was the wheat pita was ok, then only the gluten free was ok. If you order Gyro vegan, they still give you non-vegan pita and non-vegan falafel. They also put cheese in veggie soup when asked not to, multiple times. Do not trust them and will not be back! 😡

Cons: Cook said they use egg in falafel as a binder!, They also said pita was vegan before then not. , Don’t trust them! They lie about ingredients!

Many delicious options for vegetarians - Edit
As there are no vegetarian-vegan only restaurants anywhere in this area, I have come to rely on the places in Mill Creek that offer many options on the menu despite being a meat-based place. Kafe Neo is the best place in the area for that. There are dozens of vegetarian options, and many of these become vegan by simply asking them to withhold the feta cheese and/or tzatziki.
Read moreThey are VERY accommodating to substitutions and omitting an ingredient to make a meal vegan. For instance, I get the Quinoa salad a lot, and have them omit the feta, and then add both avocado and falafel. The Vegan Gyro on their menu is delicious and filling. Their hummus is amazing — I get the hummus platter a lot, withholding the feta cheese, and this is more than filling on it's own as a meal. The faki (lentil soup) is also vegan and I highly recommend it.
Of note: Make sure you let them know you are a vegetarian/vegan and need the GF pita - the regular pita is grilled on the same grill as meat with bacon grease, so this is essential. The GF pita is baked and never comes near the meat grill. This goes for both sides of pita served with meals, and for if you order a Gyro.
Pros: lots of vegetarian options , many Veg items become Vegan w/ cheese removed , very accommodating staff/kitchen to requests
Cons: remember to ask for GF pita- reg pita is not Veg/V
