Upscale but worth the price - Edit
A reasonable number of vegan and vegetarian options. Everything I tried was delicious and the service was excellent. I recommend going just for a pot of tea (they have a good variety) to enjoy the lovely ambience.

A good variety of Vegan options - Edit
I had the Vegetable Stew, Rustic Potatoes and Warm Vegetable Platter and was struggling to finish half. Very tasty. Beautiful restaurant/hotel. Best to reserve as they are popular

Good options - Edit
The eggplant salad was really good and tasted almost like tofu in texture. Really nice atmosphere, and quiet.

Luxurious experience but still local food - Edit
The restaurant is one of the priciest I’ve seen in Uzbekhistan but the service was really nice

Nice melon juice. They can even do vegan pasta for you by replacing the white sauce with tomato

Heerlijk - Edit

Very nice and qualitative place and food - Edit
Very nice place located in an hotel, the terrace or room inside are very well decorated in old fashion style. The waiter is very careful. We had garlic bread (very tasty), rice vegetables and grilled vegetables.

Best vegan option in Bukhara - Edit
The restaurant itself is worth seeing. It’s located in an old traditional building from the 19th century with a superb open terrace and tasteful decorated interior resembling the decorations of Emir’s palace. The food is very good, there is a selection of vegan side dishes (oven-baked potatoes, fried vegetables, peas etc), which are not really side dishes in terms of size. There is also a selection of salads. The waiter is very friendly and helpful with recommendations.

Probably the best place in Bukhara - Edit
This is among the finer restaurants in the city, with a tastefully decorated dining room resembling the interior of the Emir’s summer palace outside the city.
Read moreThe vegan options are limited like everywhere in Uzbekistan, but the food we got was amazing! We tried their excellent potato wedges («village potatoes»), grilled vegetables and the vegetable stew. We didn’t have the vegetable soup, but the menu clearly stated that the broth is vegetarian.
On the more negative side - they have the same playlist of 4-5 songs on repeat, but at least there’s none of the usual loud techno-pop. Friendly, but overwhelmed waiters, so the service is quite slow.

Good food - Edit
We ordered 3 sides and the vegetable soup, which is pretty much all the vegan options they have. The portions are rather small but the quality made up for it!

Nice place! - Edit
Probably one of the best food experiences I've had so far in the country in that the waiter understood what my dietary concerns were. I got a plain salad, the vegetable soup, grilled veggies, stewed vegetables (which is actually a stir fry with sauce of grilled veggies), and the rustic potatoes.
Read moreNote: The chef confirmed their breads all have milk in them.
I came during peak season in the evening and we didn't have a reservation, so i had to book for the following evening.
Also, the service was slow and it took more than an hour to receive the food. But i think it's a one off, they seemed short staffed and the waiter did apologize.
Pros: Upscale setting , Several options (in comparison)
Cons: A little on the pricier end, Reservation required at peak times

Beautiful place with veggie options - Edit
The restaurant is located inside a hotel and the place is beautiful. In the menu they have vegetable soup (with clear info that the broth is vegetable) and some side dishes like rice with veggies, rustic potatoes and salads. Beside this there are some pasta dishes that can be made vegetarian/vegan. Very good quality. The staff is professional and they seem to be flexible and don't make any problems with modifying some dishes.
