Alright - Edit
They understand english, and willing to accommodate for vegans. Got to Bukhara late, and they were open (~23h).
Read moreI got the aubergine salad, and lagman (ask without beef!).
Staff was friendly, food was fine but limited options.
Be aware: there are some indoor spaces with people smoking shisha.
Pros: English
Cons: few options

Great food - Edit
I had the vegan lagman and the nut tart. Both very tasty. It was a little more pricey than we've paid elsewhere for dinner but it was a lovely atmosphere with good service right in the centre so you get what you pay for!

Tasteless and pricey - Edit
There are vegan options labelled on menu and we didn’t get any dairy in them. Servers are friendly and speak English. Sadly the food (manti, noodles and lasagne) were all very bland. Awful very loud violin player all evening that killed conversation - avoid if only for that! This is the centre of the tourist trap so none of this is surprising

Good meal but be carrefull - Edit
I had a good meal but be very carefull because a lot of meal that are indicated vegan are not and contains cream, cheese or butter. I told 2 persons and they really didn't understand the problem. I had grilled vegetable skewers (shashlik), and a vegan qayish lasagna (very good with black eye peas) and an eggplants salads (too sweet, but the fry eggplants are good).

Best Vegan dishes in Bukhara - Edit
Newly added vegan dishes such as Vegan Somsa, Vegan Lagman and Vegan Manti to choose from. Also plenty of salads and vegetable dishes, plenty of choice for vegans or vegetarians. Would’ve given 5 stars if possible

Nice setting, good salads - Edit
This place has vegan options noted on their menu, although please be warned that they might contain dairy. Just double check with the staff, the staff speak good English. The eggplant salad is really good, the vegan lagman is not bad. It's a little expensive because it's a touristy area but the food is decent and it's a nice place to sit. They have nice teas as well.

Beautiful location - Edit
Not a lot of options for vegans. If you get a pizza, ask them to put extra sauce when cooking so it doesn’t come out dry. The garlic toast is grilled in oil. Ask for it without Parmesan cheese.
