Delicious vegan options

I’ve been coming to the Axe for a long time with my family, and their menu has always catered to vegetarians and vegans. They update their options at least once a year, which is brilliant. Last summer they had a couple good vegan options and this spring they have some more, different vegan options, such as a mushroom “steak” with “parmesan”, which was absolutely delicious. Their nut roast is also vegan, and they have some sides and another couple of vegan mains. The food is reliably of excellent quality, and there’s bound to be something to suit all tastes. The options are truly wonderful for a country pub. I love that the flavours and options are a bit different to the usual standard vegan choices.
