Not a place for Vegans - Edit
Highly doubtful about how Vegan the food was here. First of all, had to say three times that I wanted the vegetarian menu to be vegan, which is indicated as "Vegetarian (Vegan)" on some of their menus but not all of them (?). The waitress was very ignorant and not at all accommodating regarding my requests, not understanding what vegan was. In the end, the food was served and I cannot tell whether butter was used for the caramelized onions nor whether the egg was omitted for the risotto.

All in all not a nice experience.

Delicious. So good to experience excellent French cuisine applied to vegan options. The sauces and perfection of presentations. Lovely service.

Blown away by the great taste - Edit
To our surprise there was a completely vegan menu in this restaurant consisting of a starter, main and dessert.
Read moreWe were filled, but not overfilled as is the standard in some restaurants.
But the thing that stood out most, was the explosion of great tastes in the dishes.
It's something I'll look forward to when visiting Lyon again!
Fun fact: the recipes here are typical for the Lyon area, according to their menu!
